Details Released For Phelps Homecoming Parade

The parade kicks off at the intersection of York Road and Burke Avenue in Towson, continuing at about 1.5 miles York Road down through Michael Rodgers Forge area in which you grew up and where his mother, Debbie, still resides. u003cP u003e u003c / P u003e The day events will start at 3 pm with the Parade of Gold in Towson, Md., and conclude with the Star-Spangled Banner Health to Michael Phelp at Fort McHenry. The parade will end at Drumcastle government building at 6401 York Road.
